The Andy Capp’s® story begins in the mid 1960s, when food industry veterans Bill and Cho Rhee acquired a small snack food operation in Minnesota. Sensing the lack of truly intense snack options on the market, the Rhees made it their mission to create forward-thinking snacks that delivered spicy, indulgent flavor and crunch.
After months of tinkering with flavor combinations and cooking techniques in their production facility kitchen, their hard work paid off when they created the perfect recipe for Hot Fries.
